Aproaching Final look (19-09-2023)

A lot of time has passed since the last devlog, and we've made a lot of progress in all fields! We’re approaching the final visual quality we wanted for the game. You’ve seen it in recent posts, we have a background and a lot of final assets ! 

We also added animations to the background to give a spark of life to the static 2D UI we used to have. Also we’re working on a way for the player to filter their symbols, to organise their “ workspace”. (ahah get it ? WorkSPACE… )This was a feature every single playtester so far said they would love to see in Glorp Zirp👽. Thanks a lot for the feedback, by the way !

As of this week we are also working hard on adding 🎵SOUNDS & MUSIC🎵 ! 
Beautiful copyright-free tunes, chirps and beeps adds so much to a game … That’ll be it for today’s devlog.
